SPRINGFIELD -- The owner of a rental car business with ties to Jacksonville has been indicted by a grand jury in Sangamon County. Urgent Rent-a-Car owner Jordan J. Monroe received his indictment Thursday on charges of insurance fraud, according to WLDS. Charge filings on June 29 report an alleged false claim to the National Interstate Insurance Company in February 2021.
