British PM Johnson rejects Sturgeon appeal for second independence vote for Scotland
LONDON (UPI) -- British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Tuesday refused an appeal from Scottish leader Nicola Sturgeon to stage a second referendum on declaring independence from Britain.
