CVS Health, Aetna agree to $69 billion merger

WOONSOCKET, R.I. (UPI) -- CVS Health has announced it will buy insurer Aetna for about $69 billion, a deal which potentially could reshape America's healthcare industry. Both companies announced the acquisition Sunday, which had been the subject of negotiations for months.
