Rauner appoints Joseph Klinger to be acting director for IEMA

SPRINGFIELD (Heartland Newsfeed) — Gov. Bruce Rauner announced Monday afternoon that he has appointed Joseph G. Klinger as acting director for the state’s Emergency Management Agency.
