ISP: Two arrested in ESL for first-degree murder
EAST ST. LOUIS -- Two individuals were arrested in East St. Louis in relation to a homicide investigation on Friday. This is according to a news release from the Illinois State Police Division of Criminal Investigation. Special agents from the Public Safety Enforcement Group would arrest Rashad M.
