Kincaid woman killed by train in Taylorville
TAYLORVILLE -- A Kincaid woman is dead following an incident involving a Norfolk Southern train in rural Taylorville, according to multiple sources. The victim, 48-year-old Crystal Bell of Kincaid, was pronounced dead at the scene within the vicinity of 1610 West Sangamon Road. According to preliminary reports, Bell was struck by a southbound Norfolk Southern train.
