British PM Johnson rejects Sturgeon appeal for second independence vote for Scotland

LONDON (UPI) -- British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Tuesday refused an appeal from Scottish leader Nicola Sturgeon to stage a second referendum on declaring independence from Britain. LONDON (UPI) -- Britain could lose up to 40,000 investment bankers as a result of Brexit, a new report says.
