Morant, Grizzlies ink 5-year, $231 million contract

MEMPHIS (UPI) -- All-Star point guard Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies agreed to a five-year extension worth up to $231 million. Sources told ESPN about the pact late Thursday. BROOKLYN (UPI) -- All-Star forward Kevin Durant requested a trade on Thursday from the Brooklyn Nets. Sources told ESPN, The Athletic, and Yahoo Sports about the trade request.
