FORSYTH -- Forsyth residents filled the public library Thursday evening to discuss a potential dispensary opening in the village. The village board's special meeting began with a developer's presentation on behalf of the interested company, Illinois Health and Wellness LLC. DECATUR -- Decatur will soon have another option for quick-service Tex-Mex cuisine. A Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurant has been planned to open at 3116 Water St. in the Brettwood Village shopping center, according to building permit records. FORSYTH -- The former Hometown Buffet in Forsyth will soon be home to two new prominent national businesses. Starbucks and Five Below have both announced they will soon open locations on the property. Hometown Buffet closed the Forsyth restaurant in February 2016 due to financial performance issues.
