Training Coordinator

nnRandstad is seeking a Training Coordinator for a permanent position with our industrial client in Raleigh, NC. In this role you will manage the day to day training activities for the site, working with cross functional teams across the company. The Training Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of training, both internally and externally, as well as development and execution of training plans. Ideal candidates will have experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and familiarity with educational equipment and material requirements for industrial and management training as well as soft-skills development. May be required to life up to 15 pounds occasionally. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
