We are looking for an experienced Aseptic Technique Coach to join our team in Rocky Mountain, NC. The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree, along with at least 3 years of knowledge and experience in pharma manufacturing and aseptic technique or 7 years of shop floor experience working in the sterile healthcare environment. This talented Manufacturing Leader will be responsible for providing coaching, guidance and technical support to manufacturing personnel to ensure that cGMPs and standard operating procedures are followed. The Coach will ensure that the highest quality standards are met and will be responsible for training and developing personnel, which means strong oral and written communication as well as presentation and interpersonal skills. Additionally, responsibilities will include: Perform observations of sanitation, aseptic techniques, clean room behaviors, stopper offloading, and aseptic gowning activities. Accumulates key metrics for presentation to Management teams, including gowning and aseptic technique observation. Responsible for maintaining working knowledge of cGMPs and emerging regulatory and compliance concerns related to aseptic manufacturing. Provide oversight support to aseptic process simulations (media fills), smoke studies, and hyper care for new aseptic processes when needed.
