The Specialist, Senior User Experience (UX) Designer is a key member of the Digital Marketing team at Thornburg Investment Management. This individual will take point on the strategic design direction for digital campaigns and other major initiatives related to public Thornburg.com properties and client portals whose goal is to drive engagement. Working closely with creative, content, web and digital team colleagues to propose and build innovative solutions, they will determine overall user experience strategy and direction to develop and deliver exceptional, cohesive and engaging user experiences for our visitors and customers across all demographics and abilities. Working collaboratively, we solve meaningful digital challenges, provide governance and oversight, and share best practices, solutions, and insights across Thornburg to champion the voice of our digital constituency. They are immersed in our brand, and able to expertly lead, execute and optimize personalized user journeys.
