We like to drink iced venti coffees and work hard towards our goals!nn nn n nn nnWho You Are:nn nYou love to wear multiple hats and Goooooo FAST!n nYou have an eye for fashion, trends and details.n nYou are highly functional in a dynamic, fast paced environment.n nYou are comfortable bending between the tactical and strategic.n nnWhat you will do:nn nCreate, edit, and design engaging content to share across all Pleated Boutique’s social media accounts from inception to completion.n nPlan & schedule content across multiple social media platforms.n nCollaborate with team and pitch new ideas for Social Media Campaignsn nCollaborate with team to create seasonal promotional schedulen nAttend photoshoots (in-office & on location) to assist in content creation & executing the brand vision.n nMeasure the success of each Social Media Campaign.n nAssist in Content Creation for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Web.n nnNecessary for Success:nn nCreativity.n nInterest in the fashion industry.n nAbility to multitask.n nAttention to detail.n nKnowledgeable with photo/video mobile appsn nPhotoshop or equivalentn nPast professional experience using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Pinterest for Business, Snapchat and Klaviyon nPassion for continuous improvement in an ever changing environmentn nAbility to adapt and grow your position based on your strengths and the needs of the company.n nnResponsibilities:nn nContent management for social media and e-commerce content features from inception to completion.n nResearch and write daily, relevant, on-brand content for Pleated Boutiquen nSchedule and execute photoshoots.n nMaintain the voice of the brand in all written material.n nCollaborate on content ideas, best practices, and sales optimization.n nDevelop relationships with writers, bloggers and brand-relevant content creators.n nTake on additional company projects as needed.n nnRequirements:nn nA background of professional experience and personal interest in fashion and culture.n nAssociate or BS/BA degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field-experience in a professional environment.n nExceptional writing and editing skills.n nA strong understanding of the Pleated Boutique brand.n nThe ability to collaborate and also work independently when needed.n nExcellent attention to detail and follow-through.n nMust have the ability to meet deadlines.n nnAdditional Information:nn nThis is not a remote position.n nThis is a full-time position located in Chesterfield, MOn nThis is an in office position.n nEquipment necessary for success is provided by Pleated Boutique.n nn n nn
