*Betson Enterprises*, a division of H. Betti Industries, is looking for a *Senior Operations Manager* to run our 40,000 square foot state of the art facility in *Bensenville, IL.* The successful candidate will be performing a wide range of duties that include overseeing all warehouse operations.

*Essential Responsibilities & Duties: *
n
n
* Managing inbound activities related to the receipt and storage of packaged goods
n
* Supervise operational team
n
* Actively coordinates equipment preparation activities and shipping deadlines
n
* Oversee Inbound / outbound activities related to order-filling, stock replenishment, and shipments to customers
n
* Ensure trucks/ trailers are efficiently and accurately loaded/unloaded to support the efficient movement of goods and materials to their destinations
n
* Fulfill commitment to our customers and support sales objectives
n
* Maintains standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the warehouse
n
* Ensure that safety and compliance practices meet DOT and OSHA standards
n
* Frequently communicate with all levels of management
n
* Performs administrative activities associated with the warehouse operations
n
* Oversee scheduling of LTL, FTL, small parcel, and local truck deliveries
n
n
*Qualifications: *
n
n
* Minimum of 5 years of Warehouse Management experience, Data collection, and Barcode systems
n
* Experience in tracking metrics, including key performance indicators such as overages and transfers
n
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical, math and Problem-solving skills
n
* Must have good skills in Microsoft Office applications including strong proficiency with MS Word & Excel
n
* Ability to work independently to ensure efficient operation of a warehouse
n
* Strong customer service focus
n
* Ability to manage multiple tasks
n
* Good mechanical ability
n
* Must be able to obtain an Illinois Gaming Board license
n
n
