You will also lead and organize programming activities for assigned clinical studies and projects As part of the Submission Excellence Programming team you will report to the Director or Senior Director, Programming and work with other analysts, Clinical Data Managers, and other roles as needed to apply standards and develop data cleaning reports to support of the data review plan.nn nn nn nHow you will contribute:n nCreate data cleaning reporting solutions with appropriate oversight that support the quality and timely delivery of data cleaning, study status metrics, and monitoring reports and visualizations required per standard and study-specific data review plans. n nCreate any needed documentation for reports throughout the lifespan of the study and/or asset for all deliverables. n nComplies with applicable SOPs and work practices. n nServes as a technical resource to the study teams for data visualization and reporting tools. n nSupports knowledge development of others on reporting tools that support the accuracy and integrity of study data. n nProvide programming expertise for data cleaning to efficiently ensure high-quality data. n nEnhances available reporting tools/macros or creates new ones to support the review of clinical trial data and trial status information for cross-functional use and provides input on data management reporting standards as required. n nEnsure accurate delivery by creating macros for Standard listings for the department based on specifications. n nCreates and tests listings for data review. n nDevelop programs that generate CRF and Query metrics, including ad-hoc Sponsor and internal programming requests. n nEnsures operational excellence in collaboration with partners and colleagues for the application of standards and develops data cleaning reports in support of the data review plan, in collaboration with Clinical Data Management. n nDirectly supports knowledge development of others on data reporting and reporting tools that support the accuracy and integrity of study data. n nIdentifies existing process/product improvements. n nDevelops innovative, advanced new concepts that improve processes. n nRecognizes development needs and identifies/creates development opportunities within team. n nSupports the development of the Data Management Programming talent base and identifies development needs within the area of responsibility. n nn nn nMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:n nMS with ~6+ years of industry-related experience. n nBS with ~8+ years of industry-related experience. n nProven track record of contributing to business process transformation and organizational culture change as well as providing programming expertise on programs with complex business deliverables. n nExperience leading business process transformations and organizational culture change as well as contributing to programming expertise on programs with complex business deliverables. n nOperational experience in pharmaceutical drug development with significant direct exposure to clinical development and data operations required for the reporting of clinical trial data (e.g. data review, regulatory submissions, safety updates, etc.). n nUnderstanding of regulatory requirements and relevant data standards; CDISC knowledge and experience are preferable. n nStrong communication (written and oral), leadership, decision-making, influencing, negotiation, and project management skills. n nDemonstrated experience managing complex projects and developing successful partnerships within and across functional areas. n nTechnical skills and experience using relational databases (e.g. MS SQL Server, Redshift, or Oracle), SAS, and data visualization tools (e.g. BOXI, Spotfire, Tableau, RShiny, JReview). n nEDC build and/or clinical data management experience preferred. n nProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). n nProgramming, specifically SAS and R, and other visualization tools hands-on experience.n nn nn nWhat Takeda can offer you:n nComprehensive Healthcare: Medical, Dental, and Visionn nFinancial Planning & Stability: 401(k) with company match and Annual Retirement Contribution Plann nHealth & Wellness programs including onsite flu shots and health screeningsn nGenerous time off for vacation and the option to purchase additional vacation daysn nCommunity Outreach Programs and a company match of charitable contributionsn nFamily Planning Supportn nFlexible Work Pathsn nTuition reimbursementn nn nn nMore about us:n nnAt Takeda, we are transforming patient care through the development of novel specialty pharmaceuticals and best-in-class patient support programs. Employees may also be eligible for Short-Term and Long-Term Incentive benefits as well.
