The ideal candidate will work in both a collaborative and independent manner to ensure goals and activities are aligned across team members, and feel comfortable executing work on their own. nn nn n nn nn Leadership / Management nn n Think opportunistically about projects that closely align client needs and Symmetri services n n Educate cross-discipline teams on new trends, findings, issues or conventions pertaining to SEO and digital marketing n n Assist with new business research and presentations n nn n nn nn Manage the SEO and analytics process for website redesigns through the following: nn n Complete SEO and analytics site audits for client discovery presentations n n Conduct keyword research to provide metadata recommendations n n Work with copywriters to incorporate keywords into content n n Conduct site crawls and develop redirect strategy to map existing URLs to new information architecture n n Consult with user experience team to develop sitemaps and wireframes as it relates to SEO considerations n n Work closely with developers to ensure technical SEO recommendations are implemented in staging environment and conduct QA  n n Set up and test website events and goals through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics n n Work closely with project managers and account managers from initial discovery process throughout deployment n nn n nn nn Manage SEO retainer work: nn n Continually develop innovative ideas for greatly improving SEO performance  n n Conduct site audits and provide recommendations to improve SEO and user engagement n n Complete and present monthly and quarterly SEO reports, using Google Analytics data to identify improvements or issues related to clients’ organic traffic, conversions, engagement metrics and keyword rankings n n Partner with PPC leads to ensure alignment with SEO objectives to maximize results n n Monitor keyword rankings and technical SEO n n Determine blog topics based on keyword research and trends n n Manage hours scope and provide monthly project plans and timelines n n Maintain consistent communication with account managers regarding client deliverables and timelines n nn n nn nn Additional requirements: nn n Leverage Google Tag Manager to tag and track users’ website behavior and conversions n n Develop and analyze Conversion Rate Optimization testing (previous CRO experience is a plus) n nn n nn nn Experience Required & Skills nn n Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience; agency background or large in-house companies are a plus n n Experience using GA4 to track website performance and develop in-depth insights n n Proficient with Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console  n n Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration functions n n Experience executing digital marketing strategies involving goal setting, tracking and reporting performance in a digestible manner n n Advanced Excel proficiency (creating charts, pivots tables, VLOOKUP) n n Proficient with PowerPoint and Word n n Strong client relationship skills and ability to deliver client-facing deliverables with error-free execution n n Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to write in a data-driven fashion and explain why results were achieved n n Well organized and proactive n n Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines n n Ability to work comfortably in a small, entrepreneurial culture n n Ability to work collaboratively and professionally across Symmetri department teams n nn n nn
