You will also serve as a point of contact to the Preclinical and Clinical network of external Imaging CROs, Academic Imaging Centers, and Image Archive & Analysis vendors and be responsible for tracking assigned project progress within the Imaging group As part of the Imaging group, you will report to the Director Imaging Technology Head and work with a variety of therapeutic areas across the business.nn nn nn nHow you will contribute:n nParticipate in internal and external project team meetings to ensure that project priorities and timelines concerning imaging are being met and to ensure PTS Imaging relationships are functioning appropriately with regard to studies containing imaging components.n nManage and provide support for governance documents (e.g., CDAs, consultancy agreements, and Master Agreements with Imaging KOLs, imaging CROs, and other imaging-related vendors) to ensure the timely availability of their services.n nCoordinate and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure project timelines, resource needs, and budgets meet Takeda’s expectations.n nWork with other PTS Imaging scientists to coordinate and facilitate the timely incorporation of imaging components into study documents (e.g. image acquisition guidelines, project plans, and image review charters).n nProvide high-level costing estimates for the inclusion of Imaging-related endpoints being considered for clinical trials to other PTS Imaging Scientists, Clinical Operations, and Clinical Science.n nWork closely with Clinical Operations to implement an imaging-specific component of research protocols including document preparation, review, and approval.n nAssist Clinical Operations and Procurement with technically accurate descriptions of requested imaging services and timelines in RFPs and SOWs generated for imaging CROs and provide a subsequent review of submitted proposals as necessary.n nWork with Regulatory and Quality Assurance to ensure compliance of imaging services providers and specific biomarker trials.n nn nn nMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:n nBS/BA degree in biology, allied health, science, engineering, pharmacy, or related life science; advanced degree (MS, Ph.D.) and/or post-graduate trainingn nAt least 5 years of professional imaging experience, for example, experience in a clinical practice setting, management and/or technical experience in an imaging company or CRO performing imaging in clinical and/or preclinical trials, or imaging experience in the biotech/ pharmaceutical industryn nAt least 3 years experience in drug development processes in the pharmaceutical industry (could be in conjunction with professional imaging experience)n nCompletion of formal training as an Imaging Technologist (e.g. Nuclear Medicine, Radiologic Technology, Ultrasound, or MRI) preferredn nn nn nWhat Takeda can offer you:n nComprehensive Healthcare: Medical, Dental, and Visionn nFinancial Planning & Stability: 401(k) with company match and Annual Retirement Contribution Plann nHealth & Wellness programs including onsite flu shots and health screeningsn nGenerous time off for vacation and the option to purchase additional vacation daysn nCommunity Outreach Programs and a company match of charitable contributionsn nFamily Planning Supportn nFlexible Work Pathsn nTuition reimbursementn nn nn nMore about us:n nnAt Takeda, we are transforming patient care through the development of novel specialty pharmaceuticals and best-in-class patient support programs.
