nnUnder direct supervision is responsible for performing a variety of tests and testing procedures on equipment, incoming raw materials, finished products, and products in process. Documents results and reports according to established procedures.nn nn nn nn-Hold and release monitoringnn nn nn nn-Physical inventorynn nn nn nn-QA auditnn nn nn nn-Audit shipping and receiving departmentnn nn nn nn-Review product specificationnn nRequired Skillsn nnAssures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good manufacturing practice (GMP); Ensures that GMP’s are being maintained throughout the facility at all times.nn n nn nn n nnResponsible for pre-op inspection of facility before production startup. Inspect production equipment for rust, condensation and cleanliness; interpret and document results.nn n nn nn n nnObtain, prepare and conduct sample analysis using a variety of lab testing equipment.nn n nn nn n nnSwab assigned area(s) on the production floor grid.nn n nn nn n nnConduct a variety of audits including, but not limited to, temperatures on outbound product, product packaging counts, pest activity, plant conditions, and GMPs.nn n nn nn n nnInterpret and record results of all tests performed; document results in accordance with established processes and procedures.nn n nn nn n nnTest processing batches, finished goods, and incoming raw materials to ensure proper specification.nn n nn nn n nnProduce a variety of reports detailing and summarizing test resultsnn n nn nn n nnMaintain clean and sanitary testing environment.nn n nn nn n nnPerform other duties as assigned by Quality Managernn nRequired Experiencen
