Maintenance Manager

Storm Search has Direct Hire opportunities in Ewing, New Jersey. We are currently hiring for 1st Shift Maintenance Managers.

1st Shift: 6:45am-3:00pm (OT as needed)

Starting pay rate between $95,000-$100,000
n
n
Required Experience/Education: Minimum of High School Diploma, 2 years of Supervisory experience, plus 5 years Maintenance experience on Injection Molding Machines.
n
n
Required: Automation, PLC and Electrical experience, as well as injection molding.
n
n
Summary of essential job functions and minimum requirements:
n
n
* Maintenance, Repairs and PMs of production equipment.
n
* Injection molding machines
n
* Material handling system
n
* Tower & chiller system
n
* All auxiliary equipment (robots, conveyers, thermolators, welder, hot stampers, grinders, etc.)
n
* Implement and perform record keeping for all PMs.
n
* Work with production on any needs or concerns with production equipment
n
* Look for opportunities for improvement through upgrades or replacement.
n
* Purchasing.
n
* Prepare purchase for parts and supplies.
n
* When approved place the orders for all requisitions.
n
* Outsource any repairs that you deem as needing to be done by an outside vendor
n
* Responsible for new equipment installation and start up.
n
* Injection molding machines
n
* Robots
n
* New auxiliary equipment.
n
* Plant Safety
n
* Responsible for maintaining Safety program
n
* Responsible for implementing and following OSHA rules and regulations.
n
* Personnel
n
* Set personnel requirements for the maintenance department.
n
* Perform evaluations on all maintenance personnel
n
* Perform all disciplinary actions of maintenance personnel up to and including termination.
n
* Monitor and control work schedules for maintenance personnel
n
