IT Project Management Specialistn nBCforward is currently seeking highly motivated IT Project Management Specialist Sr @ Remote. n nRole: IT Project managern nLocation: Remote n nDuration: CTHn nPRIMARY PURPOSE: To manage, support and service project assignments through completion; to administer procedures and processes that measure and manage customer satisfaction; to identify, analyze and report trends; and to provide interpretation of report information and make recommendations for improvement.n n n nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIESn nIdentifies required resources; researches project data, procedures and history for a thorough understanding of project direction.n nPrepares and manages project plans through completion.n nProvides data analysis, including identifying and recognizing trends across multiple offices for national client operations.n nMonitors and assesses data for accuracy and integrity.n nCommunicates activity progress to involved parties.n nAssists Program Managers to resolve issues that arise.n nDelivers oral and written presentations of project results.n nProvides training to colleagues as needed.n nHelps to transition programs as needed.n nADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIESn nPerforms other duties as assigned.n nSupports the organization's quality program(s).n nTravels as required.n nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESn nAdministers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.n nInterviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.n nProvides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.n n n nEducation & Licensingn nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Major in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis and courses in Computer Sciences preferred.n nExperiencen nSix (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include two (2) years of general business experience with emphasis on data analysis or planning.n nSkills & Knowledgen nKnowledge of related field procedures or insurance-related procedures and/or managed care systems and operationsn nGood knowledge of project managementn nKnowledge of data analysis with strong Excel skillsn nExcellent oral and written communication, including presentation skillsn nPC literate, including Microsoft Office productsn nAnalytical and interpretive skillsn nGood organizational skillsn nGood interpersonal skillsn nGood negotiation skillsn nAbility to work in a team environmentn nAbility to meet or exceed Performance Competenciesn nInterested candidates please send resume in Word format Please reference job code 197995 when responding to this ad.
