Food Truck Crew Member

We are currently looking for a creative, hard-working and punctual individual with a love for pizza to join our pizza truck team. Together with our manager and other part-time staff, you will be serving Champaign-Urbana and surrounding areas. Friday and Saturday evenings are a must, with the option to pick up additional shifts as desired. 20-30 hours a week.

*Responsibilities include:*

* Assembling pizzas as orders are placed
n
* Cooking pizzas in our wood-fired oven
n
* Providing excellent customer service taking food orders, making recommendations and answering questions regarding our food offerings
n
* Handling transactions with the point of sale technology
n
* Following proper sanitization procedures and cooking standards
n
* Assisting with ingredient prep
n
* Cleaning truck and equipment after use
n
n
Prior experience with making pizza is a bonus but not required. We will provide hands-on training to ensure you are set up for success.

Employee must be able to obtain food handlers certificate within 30 days of hire.
