In this role you will help grow the market and create visibility to James Hardie activities and drive conversions to create pressure for others (other contractors or builders) to commit and join the James Hardie network. You will also execute marketing activities through effective organization, communication, local activation and event management in support of our sales goals.nn nn n nn nn n nn nnWhat You’ll Do: nn nDeveloping and executing internal communications that ensure we’re extracting as much value as possible out of current marketing content and toolsn nBeing the voice of the customer and field sales team in identifying new solutions—or the need to optimize current solutions—to help drive enablement against identified business and marketing game plansn nCreation of new marketing tools to drive the business—intended for customers and end users and those intended to drive enablement of internal sales teamn nPartner with Marketing Manager and Brand Team to execute strategic email communications to the traden nHigh degree of communication and partnership with internal and external stakeholders at all levels within the organizationn nManage local trade activations and eventsn nn n nn nn n nn nn The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
