This position is vitally important to our business, as the Designer will be working directly with the design team and Owner to design daily arrangements, funeral pieces, and large scale wedding and event pieces.n nThis position is only for experienced Floral Designers. Qualifications to Include:n n-Minimum 2 years floral design experiencen n-Experience with weddings & events including arches, installations, and calculating recipes for such event work.n n-Wide range of artistic design experience including both traditional and modern styles in daily arrangements, funeral work, weddings, corporate decor, and installations.n nJob Description:n n-Designing daily arrangements including wrapped bouquets, vase arrangements, funeral arrangements, wreaths, and corporate arrangements.n n-Designing wedding arrangements, bridal bouquets, arches, installations, bouts and corsages, and other event work.n n-Assisting in the set up and break down of weddings and events.n n-Processing flowers, cleaning work area & coolers as neededn n-Working with the Design team & Owner to create seasonal recipes for our daily arrangementsn n-Answering phones as needed and assisting walk in customers with ordersn nOur Ideal Candidate:n n-Exceptionally friendly to coworkers and customersn n-Embodies our core values of Joy, Excellence, Empowerment, Fulfillment, Beauty, and Appreciation.n n-Has a creative eye and can think outside of the traditional box.
