Director of Marketing – Remote – Atlanta
We are hiring at ServiceCentral and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team!
ServiceCentral is a software company that helps connect consumers, products, and services around the world. We offer multiple cloud-based platforms, including ServiceManager, ServiceNetwork and RepairQ, used to manage the servicing of millions of pieces of consumer and business equipment worldwide each year.
The successful Director of Marketing will be responsible for managing our company and product marketing, providing direction for annual, quarterly, and monthly goals; creating unique campaigns to target our diverse markets; and managing our agency activities through delivery. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading product marketing with a track record for creating and measuring successful budgets and campaigns.
Candidate must be a skilled communicator and proficient in using Office and Google products, CRMs, and project management systems.
Experience in business-to-business software as a service marketing would be ideal. Experience with Product marketing is a must. Experience in retail, supply chain, reverse logistics, and/or equipment repair industries is a plus.
The successful candidate can be based in either Atlanta, Dallas or Fort Worth. This position can be remote or work from any of our offices.

What your day will look like :
* Manage daily, weekly and monthly planning meetings
* Schedule and lead cross department meetings to identify and produce relevant marketing content
* Manage monthly reports of KPI’s to the VP of Business Development
* Strategize, Execute and Optimize campaigns using a variety of marketing tools
* Oversee content creation for marketing campaigns including: whitepapers, landing pages, social media posts, webinars, sales presentations, videos
* Coordinate the development of creative assets for digital campaigns, print materials, marketing site updates and promotional giveaways
* Collaborate with Sales on new campaigns to increase market exposure, generate new leads and increase sell-through
* Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to drive decisions on new experiments as well as optimizations for current campaigns
* Identify, plan, and help manage the organization of company participation in industry tradeshows
* Create and manage a marketing and media schedule
* Along with the VP of Business Development, create and manage an annual marketing budget, advocating for proper investment to meet or exceed goals
* Work cross-functionally with other departments on projects like conceptualizing and test marketing new app service, creating more compelling sales presentations, or creating unique materials / messaging to help retain customers
* Keep current on industry and competitor trends and development
About You :
* 5+ years in Marketing or Corporate Communications
* Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing or other related field
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* An ability to connect with multiple personality types
* Ability to successfully manage multiple projects
* Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels and the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in marketing
* An ability to think creatively and analytically when identifying new problems and planning for how to solve them
* Experience managing and measuring the successful use of a marketing budget
* Professional judgment and discretion to make decisions when under a tight deadline
* Possesses an entrepreneurial and self-starter spirit
* Legally authorised to work in the USA.
