Job description:n nnThe Assistant Brand Manager role is responsible for execution and optimization of the marketing plans for new and existing products within product lines and groups. Collaborates with integrated marketing, creative to ensure plans are executed well and adapt to changing needs of the plans, based on new information.nn nn n Duties and Responsibilitiesn                                 n nn nKey contributor to Brand team and responsible for execution and on-going optimization of marketing plann nUnderstands Insights & Analytics data and recommends changes/ optimization to support marketing and product strategies n nOwns the execution of activation plans for existing and new product lines within assigned product groups, working with Integrated Marketing to maximize effectivenessn nAssists with internal/external creative team to brief and develop creative to execute against media marketing plan and social media plansn nAssists in development of content strategies and themes for assigned product groupsn nCollaborate with customer planning and strategy to support sales presentations, demos, materials developmentn nLeads the product development process and develops business cases to assess market potentialn nPerforms day-to-day business management activities and executes other projects or activities as requestedn nManages volume forecastn nMeasures business performance, develops recommendations to address performance vs. plan n nSupports delivery of brand’s P&L goals and the creation and delivery of the financials of assigned product groupsn nLead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of strategies to meet short- and long-term goalsn nSupports development and implementation of marketing mix including pricing strategy, active sku management, category management and assortment optimization n nDecision Making/Problem Solvingn nDecisions day to day to execute marketing plansn nApproval on creative, based on the knowledge of the marketing plann nRecommendations to bring to Marketing leader for integrated marketing ideasn nn n nn nn Educationn nn nn n nn nMinimum:  4 year BA/BS degree required in Marketing, Business, Relevant fieldn n2 year Masters preferredn nn n nn nn Experience n nn nn n nn nMinimum 3-4 years of CPG relevant experiencen nOR Minimum 1-2 years of CPG relevant experience and advanced degree (MBA)n nn n nn nn Other Experiencen nn nn n nn nNielsen, SPINS and IRI data analytics review experiencen nn n nn nn#LIHybridnn nn n nn
