nnThe Sr. Manager of Customer Lifecycle Strategy will operate across a highly matrixed, global organization and help will provide an analytics framework to enable marketers and keys stakeholders to make strategic decisions that are data-driven. This includes setting the strategy for analytics tracking, data capture of transactional and behavioral information to implement and enable enterprise customer segmentation and 1-to-1 marketing (CRM), as well as establishing reporting standards and processes.nn nn n nn nnThe Sr. Manager will have a history of developing creative and effective ways of integrating and sharing consumer knowledge and the vision and leadership skills to partner with key business stakeholders and drive improved decision-making. A successful candidate must have expert professional, communication and collaborative skills, possess an ability to proactively influence multi-disciplinary teams, working collaboratively with the various functions within corporate, across brands and external partners.nn nn n nn nn Responsibilities nn n Builds a strategy and activation plan that brings the vision for Customer Lifecycle Strategyn nInform, develop and deliver on roadmap in support our business goals in terms of personalization, CRM and repeat customer engagement.n nIdentify opportunities to leverage data to execute smarter marketing strategies, drive the discipline of data-driven marketing decisions linked to strategic objectives and translate analytics/insights into action.n nPartner with DTC, Analytics and Consumer Insights teams to develop and launch customer segmentation and personalized communication.n nWork closely with Anthropologie brand and URBN Inc. corporate teams to capture and help define data tracking opportunities for properties from multiple touch points (including events, social/marketing platforms, site/ecommerce, etc).n nManage the communication plan and benefits delivery of AnthoPerks – the consumer membership loyalty program for Anthropologie.n nOwn metrics tracking and program performance accountability.n nActs as category expert in building consumer loyalty and in creating and maintaining customer loyalty program.n nResponsible for evaluating and recommending technology to accompany loyalty program and personalization directly to Anthropologie leadership and URBN Tech team.n nn nn nn Qualifications nn n BA/BS required with background in a related field such as statistics, economics, math or behavioral sciences research. Advanced degree in a quantitative or research field a plus.n nAt least 5 years in a senior-level brand or client services role in applied analytics, CRM/database, digital/ecommerce, retention/loyalty marketing or quantitative marketing setting; minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. Analytical role within a retail company a plus.n nWell-versed in all aspects of business intelligence, marketing analytics and retail analytics and deep experience with applying analytics to digital commerce or digital marketing.n nA history of using consumer data to drive marketing and sales outcomes or consumer experiences.n nSolid experience with customer insights/CRM marketing platforms and personalization / recommendation enginesn nA history of excellence and innovation in synthesizing complex findings, data visualization and storytelling, and client presentation and partnershipn nA good understanding of modeling and analytical methodology including, but not exclusively, longitudinal analyses, multi-level modeling and multivariate analysesn nDemonstrated management skills, Proven ability to build teams and mentor/develop staffn nAbility to navigate and work cross functionally at all levels of the organization with strong strategic communications and cross collaboration/influencing skills.n nIn depth knowledge of global digital marketing and social landscape; strong understanding of retail and apparel best practices and trendsn nFuture-oriented thinker with expertise in external practices and trendsn nGlobal outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differencesn nn nn nn Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required. Concentration in marketing, analytics, statistics, mathematics or computer science a plus.
