Our company is medically-based, so as the Nurse Practitioner, you will help our clients achieve the aesthetic results theyve always wanted while providing them with excellent patient care. n n Some things our Nurse Practitioners love about working at Milan: n nn nNo Overnights n nClosed on 7 Major Holidays n nFree Laser Hair Removal n Responsibilities: nPerform all laser hair removal treatments within Milan Laser established treatment protocols and procedures n nEducate patients on laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations n nWork autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair free goals n nCollaborate with the clinic team to achieve company goals n nProvide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world class patient care n nRecord clear and accurate medical documentation in patients EMR on a tablet device n nEnsure a professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients n nClean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality n nCollaborate with Regional Clinical Specialist/Practitioner and Medical Management Specialists, as needed, regarding patient treatment plans n Requirements: nActive, unencumbered NP license n nActive ANCC or AANP national certification in family medicine specialty n nOut of state travel for training may be required n nPassionate about providing excellent patient care n nAbility to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings n nExhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written n nAbility to maintain highly confidential information n nBe able to stand for up to 9 hours a day n nBe able to lift up to 50 pounds n nBe able to visually assess the clients skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser n nBe able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms) n Benefits Include: nMedical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance within 30 days n n401k retirement plan with vested employer match n nPaid time off starting immediately n nEmployee and spouse or legal partner receive free laser hair removal services n nProfessional liability insurance provided n nLaser Certification on our state of the art laser n nCEU reimbursement n nAnnual allowance for scrubs n nCommission opportunities n nCareer advancement opportunities n nAll potential employees of Milan will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment background check prior to employment. n nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
