Heartland Newsfeed Radio Network: Fewer imprisoned youth in Illinois since raising criminal-responsibility age
A new report from The Sentencing Project finds in Illinois, fewer kids and teens are being locked up since the state raised the age to automatically consider an arrested person an adult, from 17 to 18.
